One of the most difficult jobs that an ombudsman is a good answer to all the parties concerns. After the placement of thousands of cases, I have many questions and concerns of the parties involved. The agent is obliged to give an answer without informed by one or both parties. Here are some answers that can be a mediator, if the comments of the other party.
